OURS BOUTIQUE POLICIES

  • Ours Boutique will process an order in 48 hours if the order is placed Monday 8:00 am to Friday 6:00 pm. Any order placed Friday after 6:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be processed as received the following Monday.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to the client once the order is processed.
  • Ours Boutique offers shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico for a $7.00 flat rate, per order.
  • Package will be shipped from our warehouse 48 hours after order was placed. If an order is placed Friday after 6:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped the following Tuesday.
  • Package should arrive 3 – 7 days after client received shipping confirmation and tracking #.
  • Once the client receives shipping confirmation and Tracking #, Ours Boutique is not responsible for any delays, wrong delivery, torn/opened packages or any stolen packages. This becomes responsibility of the USPS and their process.
  • We accept returns up to 30 days after customer’s order confirmation.
  • Returned package must be received at Ours Boutique by day #30 for client to be refunded.
  • Merchandise must be new, unworn, and unaltered with tags attached.
  • Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
  • Customer should include order number and reason for return
  • Ours Boutique can’t guarantee that the same item will be available for exchange. All items available will be posted on our website for clients to verify availability.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for Ours Boutique to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and make the refund.
